GXE Industries is the agent of record for Atlas Hydraulic Cylinder and the sole distributor of products for the USA.

The factory, Atlaslift Inc., located in Bursa-Turkey at Kayapa Organized Industrial Zone has a manufacturing experience of more than 20 years when shareholding structure and its group companies are taken into consideration. The co-founders have a vast knowledge of the industry with extensive expertise in hydraulic system engineering and machining in the automotive industry. The main purpose of the company is to produce high-quality hydraulic cylinders for a wide range of industries.

Based on the principle that the essential condition of product and service quality is met by trained staff, the co-founders and executives built a team of competent and qualified professionals working in the entire production process from design to delivery. The company serves iron and steel, cement, construction equipment, offshore, mining industries and many others that require custom engineered hydraulic cylinders and provides services to domestic and international markets across Europe and USA.

Honing process is a precision surface treatment made to achieve sealing elements work in high performance by increasing the surface quality of the inside of the tube by abrasion. Besides, helical traces on the surface help to minimize friction by assisting the formation of the lubricating film.
Atlas Hydraulic has a honing capacity of 50-400 mm inside diameter and 4000 mm length. The surface quality obtained after the process is Ra 0,1-0,3 µ.
Reviewing the requirements of the quality management system and different industries’ standards in the design process; in other words, conforming to industry-specific standards such as IATF16949, AS 9100, ISO 29001, ISO 1585, ISO 22163 while meeting ISO 9001:2015.
We manufacture hydraulic cylinders with a wide range of types and sizes for specific applications and industries and work with our customers from the early design stage to create high-quality and robust solutions for optimal performance. 
Our engineers design hydraulic cylinders according to your application’s technical requirements. In addition to designing from scratch, our design team can check existing designs that are sent by our customers from a manufacturing perspective and provide advice and support before the manufacturing process.
With our computer-aided design application (Autodesk Inventor) and experienced design team, we supply the most appropriate hydraulic cylinder solutions.
Atlas Hydraulic is aware that product quality is achieved by the combination of equipment, measuring, and personnel competency. In this regard, the machining department reinforced by calibrated measurement equipment and a technical team, whose technical capacities are enhanced by continuous training, produces safe products.
The company built its machine park considering the cylinder sizes up to Ø500 mm – L=8000 mm (Ø20″-L=315″).

Welding process is carried out by fully automatic welding machines. At the same time, welding conformity, checked by UT, MT, VT and PT, is reported upon request and reports are prepared by third-party inspectors. Our welding personnel are certified in accordance with the requirements of the international standards EN 287-1.
Hydraulic cylinders are hydraulic equipment that needs maintenance periodically since they are in continuous use in industries, such as iron and steel, hydraulic press, offshore, mobile applications, and mining. They are produced at high costs mainly when their geometric dimensions are increased.
End users pay high prices to replace these products with new ones when problems arise. Maintenance processes of these types of products are too laborious to be done, and as a consequence, they generally request it from manufacturers. Instead, cylinder maintenance can be carried out at much lower costs and in shorter times.
Atlas Hydraulic provides repair service with its qualified personnel and manufacturing infrastructure, regardless of the original manufacturer.
